This engine was removed as serviceable from a Grumman Cougar which was parted out. It was then dry stored for an extended period. It has run 1225 hours SMOH. It is complete with all accessories.

It has now had the cylinders removed for inspection, plus an in depth inspection of the crankcase internals. All are very good. The engine is being reassembled with new gaskets and seals after a light hone of the cylinder bores. The Magneto's and Carb are being dismantled and IRAN'd. The engine is being sold with a new LAA release to service.

It would suit a LAA aircraft for continued service or as an excellent core for overhaul. The sump can be changed to suit various different installations and can be converted to fix pitch operation as required. Email for further details.
