DIZY Aviation is a company established by a group of 9 like minded private aviators for the purpose of owning and managing G DIZY for leisure flying by shareholders. In order to part finance the purchase of a new zero time overhauled engine it has been decided to create up to an additional 2 shares. Shares are available to purchase at £7,500 per share for the aircraft as at currently is, with a further contribution required for all shareholders (existing and new) for the cost of the engine overhaul which is planned for October of this year.
