Looks for share South of London

Hi folks! I'm a recent PPL (a bit over 100 hours flying time) and looking to buy an equity share somewhere South of London - Fairoaks, Redhill, Biggin Hill, or other nearby airports.

A few things I'm looking for: 4 seat aircraft, no more than 10 people in the group, good availability including for occasionally a weekend trip, well-maintained, and IFR equipped.
