Real PA28 Cockpit Converted for Sim Use

A rare opportunity to own a full-size flight simulator cockpit built from the genuine fuselage of a Piper PA28-140, ex-G-AXTM. This setup was previously used as a non-approved training aid at our flight school and has been in dry storage since we relocated. Unfortunately, we simply don’t have the space to house it at our new premises, so it’s now surplus to requirements and offered at a sensible price.

The cockpit is mounted in one piece on a moveable platform and was transported using a Luton tail-lift van. It features dual yokes, rudder pedals, working throttle/prop/mixture levers, flap lever, gear selector and a labelled switch panel. The main panel includes integrated monitors mounted behind cut-out instrument positions for a clean, immersive layout. All control wiring is in place — just connect your own PC and sim software (X-Plane, MSFS, P3D etc.). Interior is trimmed with carpet, leather seating, and side panels. Some light cosmetic wear from use, but overall in very good condition.

Also available is a three-screen forward visual system – three 65” front-facing TVs with custom-built stands, offering a wide-angle, immersive view when paired with simulator software. Ideal for circuit work and general VFR training scenarios.
