LOM M332B piston engines and Gipsy Major to LOM engine mount adaptor project.

The engines were purchased to help develop an interface mount between Gipsy Major mounts on Chipmunks, Tiger Moths, Austers, Buckers and other aircraft with inverted 4-cylinder engines. The mount has been successfully developed and is adaptable to all know aircraft so far.

This allows the LOM M332 engines to replace a Gipsy engine at a fraction of the cost. LOM M332 engines even rotate the right way!!!

The project is for sale and included the development drawings and rights to the mount, a prototype mount and 2 engines with log books (one engine has the bottom half signed of by retro Track & Air.) The package includes a spare scrap engine and engine turnover frame, some spare parts, LOM M 332/77 specialist tools and the overhaul manual.
