Opportunity to purchase 1/10 share in a Biggin Hill based 1972 Cessna (Reims) F172M. Selling my share as I am progressing on to do a CPL. Group is well established and the aircraft has good availability.

Power plant is an upgraded Lycoming 180HP engine giving excellent load capacity and short field performance. On-track engine fund (approx. 650 hrs on current engine)

Aircraft is having G5 and Garmin avionics update early in the new year. Aircraft has full engine, tech log history with maintenance carried out at Biggin Hill.

Current aircraft rate is £108 per tacho hour wet with a £170 monthly fee.

Biggin Hill has 6000ft of paved runway kept clear year around so the aircraft is available year round.

4x life jackets, 2x spare headset, 1x life raft onboard.

We ask new members to have 100hrs minimum of total flight time.
